- Chapter building: The foundation and heart of APALA’s work lie within each APALA chapter and at-large membership. Your membership directly contributes to the chapter’s growth and sustainability.
- Organizing Institute: This three-day training functions as a pathway for AANHPI union organizers, researchers, and leadership to build power for AANHPI working people in the labor movement.
- Young Leaders Council: Consisting of young worker representatives from across the country, the YLC will educate working people under 35 about the labor movement and how to be active agents of change in their communities.
