Lonway Moy

     Lonway Moy works for a private contractor in New York. An IBEW member since l972, Lonway is a founding member of APALA and continues to serve on its board.  He is very active in Asian Pacific American activities in New York and New Jersey.  He currently serves as lst Vice President of the APALA New York Chapter.  He champions APA issues.
