Gening Liao

    

     Gening Liao is Assistant General Counsel of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union.  She works mainly on immigration-related employment matters including responses to Immigration and Customs Enforcement workplace raids and remedies and protections for immigrant workers.  She received her law degree from the George Washington University Law School and her undergraduate degree in Managerial Economics and Asian American Studies from the University of California at Davis.
